VPS Monitoring Guide

Track CPU, RAM, disk, network health, and alerts before small issues become outages.

01

CPU monitoring

CPU monitoring shows whether your server is compute-bound or waiting on other resources. Watch sustained high usage, load average, steal time, and per-process spikes.
02

RAM monitoring

RAM monitoring helps catch memory leaks, undersized plans, and swap usage. A server that swaps heavily will feel slow even if CPU usage looks normal.
03

Disk monitoring

Track disk capacity, inode usage, and disk latency. Running out of disk space can break databases, logs, uploads, and even operating system updates.
04

Network monitoring

Network charts reveal traffic spikes, packet loss, bandwidth saturation, and unusual outbound traffic. They are especially useful for game servers and public APIs.
05

Alerts

Alerts should be noisy enough to catch real issues and quiet enough that people respect them. Start with uptime, disk space, high memory, high CPU, and failed backup alerts.
