This page explains the responsibilities, limitations, billing, and acceptable use terms that apply to ZeroXHost reseller accounts.
1. Introduction
This Reseller Policy governs the use of reseller services provided by ZeroXHost. By purchasing or using reseller services, you agree to comply with this policy.
2. Reseller Responsibilities
Resellers are responsible for managing their own customers, providing first-level support, ensuring customer compliance with ZeroXHost policies, and maintaining accurate billing and contact information.
3. Branding and Representation
Resellers may use their own branding, set their own pricing, and market services under their own brand. Resellers may not claim to be ZeroXHost employees or misuse ZeroXHost trademarks without written permission.
4. Prohibited Activities
Resellers and their customers may not use services for spam, phishing, fraud, malware distribution, unauthorized access, DDoS attacks, cryptocurrency mining without permission, illegal content, or copyright infringement.
5. Support Policy
ZeroXHost provides support to the reseller only. Resellers are responsible for supporting their end customers unless other arrangements are explicitly agreed.
6. Resource Usage
Resellers must not oversell resources, abuse CPU/RAM/disk/network, or create services that disrupt platform stability. ZeroXHost may limit or suspend excessive resource usage.
7. Billing and Payments
All invoices must be paid by the due date. Late payments may result in suspension. Fees are non-refundable except where required by the Refund Policy.
8. Account Suspension
ZeroXHost may suspend reseller accounts for policy violations, non-payment, abuse reports, security threats, or activities that affect network stability.
9. Customer Data
Resellers are responsible for backups and protecting customer information. ZeroXHost may offer backups, but resellers must maintain independent copies.
10. Service Availability
ZeroXHost aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, failures, or external factors may impact availability.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate reseller services at any time, subject to billing obligations. Services may be suspended or deleted and outstanding invoices remain payable.
12. Policy Changes
ZeroXHost may update this policy at any time. Continued use of reseller services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
