1. Availability

ZeroXHost strives to provide high availability across all supported services, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation under all conditions.

2. Support Response

Support response times vary by product and plan. Customers may open a ticket or contact Discord for assistance.

3. Maintenance

Scheduled maintenance may occur with advance notice; emergency maintenance may be performed as needed to protect system stability.

4. Remedies

Service credits or account adjustments may be provided at ZeroXHost discretion when uptime goals are missed, as allowed by the applicable terms.
